OSMOSI
A sound characterized by a pronounced Mediterranean matrix, with a particular look towards the East, in an original jazz-rock guise with psychedelic features. A fluid and iridescent sound that shapes itself around ancestral and evocative melodies and projects us into a timeless space.
Echoes of oud and kemance blend with the microtonal passages of the fretless guitar and the acid sound of the distorted electric. In the drums, often played with bare hands, darbouka and daf come to life and, together with a hypnotic and percussive electric bass, create dark tribal atmospheres from which shining ascending openings, visionary ballads and frenetic rhythms in odd times blaze.
